Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to play a central role in a fast-paced Panda restaurant team. You will support management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and an environment with pride, while guiding the team during the shift.

You will help create a vibrant guest experience, gain hands-on cook experience, and develop leadership skills in operations, food safety, and team development in a growth-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense

Responsabilités

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Gain a diverse range of skills to develop yourself and others.
