Responsibilities

• Lead your shift by assisting the manager to ensure the day’s scope of work gets done.
• Ensure that the assigned janitorial duties are completed.
• Assist the manager in applying work standards for janitorial staff.
• Monitor, measure, and report performance to the manager.
• Communicate daily assignments and manager messages to staff.
• Follow guidelines for proper equipment maintenance.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting as needed.
• Ensure health and safety rules are followed during the shift.
• Oversee training needs for current and future shift demands.
• Maintain housekeeping standards for a clean and safe workplace.
• Respond to customer complaints to achieve satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

What You Will Be Doing:

We are looking for a supervisor to help manage their shift and assist the janitorial staff. You will ensure the smooth running of operations and be responsible for your own set of janitorial duties. The supervisor also ensures customer satisfaction by assisting in meeting target goals and deadlines.
