Job summary

Subway® Team Lead roles center on delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring food is prepared and served to standard, and keeping the restaurant clean and inviting. You’ll also manage inventory and supervision of staff, while promoting teamwork across shifts.

Day-to-day duties include cascading training to Sandwich Artists, supervising staff, and ensuring paperwork and equipment are maintained. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing an excellent guest experience.
• Ensuring food is prepared and served to standards.
• Keeping the restaurant functional, clean and inviting.
• Controlling inventory and assisting with stock checks.
• Scheduling and supervising staff during shifts.
• Being a team player and supporting the Subway team.
