Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to support management and lead the team during the shift in a fast-paced Panda restaurant. You will help create a welcoming environment for guests, assist with store operations, and contribute to delivering Panda’s high standards.

Responsibilities include hands-on cooking support, developing team members, and maintaining a positive, efficient dining room and kitchen workflow in a growth-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Some high school is required or preferred.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense
• Prefer some Operations experience Food Safety

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
