Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support management and lead the team in fast-paced Panda restaurants. You will help create a welcoming environment for guests and ensure smooth shift operations.

This role offers hands-on cooking and preparation of Panda favorites, opportunities to develop a broad set of skills, and a pathway to grow within our expanding restaurant family.

Qualifications

• High school level education (Some high school) is acceptable.
• Food safety training or certification as required by local laws (e.g., Food Handler certification).
• Operations experience preferred.
