Responsibilities

• Lead and run shifts as an Assistant Manager to ensure high-quality washes and outstanding customer service.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.
• Support daily operations and ensure all duties are executed efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with standards, safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
• Stay informed on products, services and promotions to grow sales and memberships.
• Assist in achieving site goals, KPIs and overall business performance.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
