Panda Restaurant Group in Texas is seeking a Shift Lead to become a core member of our team. You will support management, oversee guest experience, and help maintain the fast-paced, friendly Panda environment during your shift.

As a Shift Lead, you will gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites, supervise staff during busy periods, and develop leadership skills through ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Some high school is preferred.
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
