Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in a fast-paced Panda restaurant in Texas. You will help create a welcoming environment for guests and assist in store operations during the shift.

You will gain hands-on cooking experience, learn food preparation for Panda favorites, and develop a diverse set of skills to grow with the team in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Some high school expected; Food Safety knowledge a plus.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
