Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Organize shift schedules and assign duties.
• Foster communication between BOH and FOH.
• Handle customer inquiries and manage conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare deposits.
• Open and close the restaurant.
• Maintain knowledge of Saigon Hustle’s operations.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
