Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to support management and help bring Panda’s mission to life on the floor.

You will lead a team during a shift, ensure guest satisfaction, and handle cooking and food preparation of Panda favorites with care. This role offers hands-on training, opportunities for advancement into management, and a dynamic, fast-paced work environment in our Gainesville, FL locations.

Qualifications

• Some high school education is preferred.
• Food Safety knowledge is desirable.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, may apply.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
