Job summary

A fast food restaurant chain in Fargo is seeking a Shift Lead responsible for overseeing restaurant operations alongside the General Manager. Qualifications

• Must complete Shift Lead training classes and obtain ServSafe certification in required states.
• 6+ months of restaurant operations experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and service.
• Support GM in identifying and training Shift Leads.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Assist GM in analyzing operational and financial performance.
