Burger King is looking for an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead a shift, coach Team Members, and ensure smooth operation so guests leave happier than they arrived. You will team with the RGM and AM, execute the shift plan, and keep the restaurant running efficiently while maintaining fast, friendly service in a clean setting.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with experience in fast-paced environments, strong communication, and a people-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required; prior restaurant/retail experience preferred.
• Able to coach and motivate a team and handle busy periods with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by providing feedback and supporting development.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and upholding BK standards.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures and assisting with inventory and truck orders.
