Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in delivering Panda's culinary and guest service standards. You will help supervise the team, assist in daily operations, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience for guests.

The role offers practical leadership exposure in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth within Panda’s network of restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Operations experience and knowledge of food safety are pluses.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, may be required and would be paid for by the applicant.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
