Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

You will help lead a fast-paced team, supervise during shifts, and develop operational skills in a growing restaurant environment. You will gain hands-on cooking experience, manage team activities, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience while adhering to safety standards and local requirements.

Qualifications

• Some high school
• Prefer some Operations experience
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
