Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• 1 year POS/cash handling experience.
• Availability of at least 3 days per week.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country.
• Must be 18+ and able to work with minors policies.
• Must perform physical tasks during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with clear task deployment and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine engagement and quality service.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming coffeebar and manage inventory updates during shifts.
• Execute opening/closing routines and cash handling.
