Swig is seeking a Shift Lead in Phoenix, AZ to help run daily store operations with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience. You’ll train teammates, keep the dining area clean, and assist with to-go orders while upholding Swig’s standards.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Previous restaurant experience is a plus; must be 16+ and have a food handler’s permit. Flexible hours offered.
