Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in delivering Panda’s mission—food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride. You will manage the shift, supervise associates, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience while developing a versatile skill set in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include leading team during shifts, assisting in store operations, and preparing Panda favorites for guests.

Qualifications

Some high school
Prefer some Operations experience Food Safety:
Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense
