Job summary

Islands to Salt Lake LLC, doing business as Domino's, is seeking a store manager/assistant manager to lead a high-energy team in the Salt Lake City area. You will oversee all store operations, coach staff, and ensure adherence to company policies while working with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.

This full-time, hourly position includes overtime and opportunities to advance to higher roles within the Domino's franchise. Weekend work and driving to nearby locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Great positive attitude
• High Energy
• Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience leading people
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Currently residing in the Salt Lake City area

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store.
• Lead by example and develop team.
• Ensure policy and procedures are followed 100% of the time.
• May be asked to help at other locations near to your chosen location.
