Pentex Restaurant Group, the leading Taco John’s franchisee, is seeking Shift Managers for our Stevens Point, Wisconsin location. This part-time role requires weekend availability, a positive attitude, and a commitment to guest service.

Qualifications

• Punctual and able to work weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience in fast-food environment preferred.
• Team leadership or supervision helpful.

Responsibilities

• Model our core values to create a fun, respectful environment.
• Lead and empower the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Follow and own shift execution and tasks.
• Greet customers, take orders, and ensure accuracy at the register and drive-thru.
• Prepare and store ingredients and maintain food safety standards.
• Keep the dining and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate with team to cover varying shifts and busy periods.
• Support training and development of junior staff.
