Pentex Restaurant Group is seeking a high-energy Shift Manager for Taco John’s, with night closer shifts and weekend availability. The role leads the team, ensures fast, friendly service, and upholds quality food standards while maintaining a safe, clean dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for a positive, team-first shift where people work hard and have fun.
• Lead, coach, and empower team members to deliver fast, friendly service and crave-worthy food.
• Take ownership of shift execution so operations run smoothly from open to close.
• Greet guests, take orders, and keep the restaurant and drive-thru experience upbeat and welcoming.
• Complete accurate register transactions and help maintain strong cash-handling practices.
• Prepare, store, and handle food ingredients safely and consistently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready restaurant and dining environment.
