Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to join our Houston-area Panda restaurants.

In this role you will support management, help create a welcoming environment for guests, and gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites during your shift. You will develop skills in store operations, lead the team during your shift, and contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Some high school, preferred Operations experience.
• Local food-handling knowledge or certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within Panda.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations during shifts.
• Lead team members to deliver friendly guest service.
• Prepare Panda favorites and assist in food preparation.
