Job summary

Domino’s is hiring a responsible Shift Lead at our Fayetteville area store to guide daily operations and support the team. You will lead by example, delegate tasks, assist customers, prepare pizzas, and ensure quality and speed during shifts.

Ideal candidates have strong work ethic, good communication, and a willingness to lead. Starting pay is $12.25 per hour with opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous restaurant, retail, customer service, or leadership experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations during shifts.
• Direct team members and keep priorities on track.
• Assist customers at the front counter and pickup window.
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
• Take and process orders accurately.
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items to Domino’s standards.
• Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and service speed.
• Coach team members and train new staff.
• Manage workflow and adjust priorities during busy periods.
• Support management with daily store operations.
