Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in a fast-paced Panda restaurant. You will assist in guiding the team, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling daily shift operations, including food prep and service with care.

Our Shift Leaders gain hands-on experience in running front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, while developing leadership and teamwork skills in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. This position is full-time and on-site in Kailua, HI.

Qualifications

• Some high school is acceptable for this role.
• Prefer some Operations experience to manage day-to-day shifts.
• Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
