Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in a fast-paced Mililani, Hawaii location. You will help create a welcoming guest experience and assist with daily operations during your shift.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in food preparation, supervise team members, and uphold Panda’s standards of service, cleanliness, and safety, while developing leadership skills for future growth.

Qualifications

• Some high school is preferred.
• Prefer some Operations experience; Food Safety knowledge is a plus.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
