Job summary

Bossy Beulah’s Ballantyne in Charlotte, NC is seeking a hands-on Shift Lead to help run daily restaurant operations. You will lead shifts, coach teammates, ensure food quality and hospitality standards, and keep the service energetic and efficient.

This role requires at least 2 years in fast-paced food service, prior leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multitask during busy periods. Evening and weekend availability is expected, with opportunities to grow within Noble Food &

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
• Comfortable working in a high volume, hands-on environment.
• Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Leading shifts and supporting daily restaurant operations
• Coaching and directing team members throughout service
• Holding food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards accountable in real time
• Supporting guest recovery and helping create a strong guest experience
• Working all positions throughout the restaurant as needed during service
• Ensuring all food is prepared fresh, hot, and to recipe standards
• Helping maintain an organized, clean, guest ready restaurant at all times
• Supporting inventory, prep, and daily operational organization
• Assisting with catering and large order execution when needed
