Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to guide operations in our busy Panda restaurants. As a Shift Lead you’ll support management, ensure a welcoming guest experience, and help run smooth store operations during a shift.

You’ll also gain hands-on cooking experience and opportunities to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. We offer benefits including health coverage, a 401K match, paid training, associate discounts, and growth into management roles.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service operations and food safety.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
