Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to act as a key team leader in our fast-paced restaurants. You will support management, help train and lead associates, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

You will gain hands-on cooking experience with Panda favorites, develop leadership skills, and enjoy flexible schedules and a range of benefits designed to support your growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Some high school education is preferred.
• Operations experience and knowledge of Food Safety are preferred.
• ADA provisions require ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
