Taco Bell franchise is seeking a Shift Lead to support the AGM and GM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. You will take ownership, solve problems, and guide others while upholding Taco Bell’s standards of service and cleanliness.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and delivering a positive guest experience. Applicants must be 18+ and able to pass background and drug checks, with reliable transportation and physical stamina for the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to understand and follow MIC (Manager-In-Charge) routines.
• Able to stock shelves and coolers and perform basic business math.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure People, Customers and Service duties are completed.
• Ensure all Team Members complete Shift Excellence tasks for their positions.
• Maintain neat, clean appearance and proper company uniform.
• Demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders; work with urgency and team cooperation.
