Responsibilities

• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Greets customers in person or via phone and takes order professionally and promptly.
• Oversees cash management and daily reports.
• Assists management with inventory control and stock ordering.
• Resolves complaints promptly and professionally.
• Cross-trains and coordinates scheduling with team members.
• Prepares pizzas and other menu items as needed.
