Domino's Pizza in Eagle Point, Oregon is seeking a Shift Lead to provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager by running operating standards, supervising crew, and maintaining positive morale. You will help with pizza preparation, order delivery, nightly deposits, and light store paperwork when the GM is away.

This role requires cash and people management, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes outdoor and noisy environment.

Competenze

• Starting wage is based on prior experience, generally minimum wage + $0.50 with raises based on performance reviews by the Regional Supervisors.
• Top SL pay per hour is $2.75 over Minimum Wage.

• Count inventory and supplies nightly.
