Qualifications

• Leadership/mentoring experience preferred.
• Ability to lead by doing and set a positive example.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.
• Comfort with basic math and POS usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Fill any role from cashier to grill, prep, fries, or dining room.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and ensure a great guest experience.
• Coach and motivate crew to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and build a positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
