Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Southfield, MI is seeking a Shift Lead to support restaurant management, lead team members during shifts, and assist in cooking Panda favorites for guests in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

You will develop leadership and store-operations skills while delivering warm service, a vibrant dining room, and opportunities for advancement within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• Some high school is preferred.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.
• Prefer some Operations experience Food Safety.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
