Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is hiring a Shift Lead to help run daily operations in our Michigan location. As a Shift Lead, you will support management, supervise team members, assist in cooking and preparing Panda favorites, and help maintain a welcoming environment for guests.

You will gain hands-on experience in store operations, lead the team during shifts, and develop yourself and others in a fast-paced, growth-oriented restaurant culture.

Qualifications

• Some high school education is acceptable.
• Operations experience is preferred.
• Food Handler certification or equivalent local food safety requirements obtained at applicant’s own expense.
