Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in a fast-paced Panda location. You will help create a welcoming guest environment, manage store operations during shifts, and assist in preparing Panda favorites for guests.

Ideal candidates have some high school education and some operations experience; Food Handler certification is preferred and may be obtained at the applicant’s own expense.

Qualifications

• Some high school required.
• Prefer some Operations experience.
• Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense
• ADA: ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
