Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in a fast-paced Panda restaurant. You will help create a welcoming environment for guests, supervise the team on shift, and gain hands-on experience cooking and preparing Panda favorites.

This role emphasizes service with heart and pride in our brand. Applicants should have some high school education and may need local Food Handler certification.

Formación

• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.
• ADA-related physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in hot kitchen areas.

Responsabilidades

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
