You will support management in creating food with passion, service with heart and ambiance with pride, while embracing a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. As a Shift Lead you will help create a welcoming environment for guests, gain hands-on experience in cooking Panda favorites, and develop skills in store operations and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a must for guest interactions.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a team during a shift.
• Basic food safety practices and adherence to procedures.
