Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to help drive dining room and kitchen operations in our Coralville location. You will support management in delivering Panda's mission by leading the team during shifts and ensuring guests receive friendly, efficient service.

The role offers hands-on experience in cooking, food preparation, and store operations, with opportunities to develop additional skills and advance within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Some high school education is preferred.
• Experience in operations is desirable.
• Local food-safety requirements, such as a Food Handler certificate, may be required and are to be obtained by the applicant.
