Domino's Team Honey Badger in Grand Forks, ND is hiring a Team Lead who will be the go-to on shift, keep the store running smoothly and deliver great customer experiences.

You'll run and manage shifts, lead a motivated team, ensure outstanding service, help with pizza preparation, handle cash, and train new teammates while supporting daily goals. This role offers growth and a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work a shift schedule.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude and professionalism.
• Strong attendance and punctuality to meet store needs.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills for transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.

Responsibilities
