Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is hiring a Shift Lead to support restaurant operations, lead team members on shift, and ensure quality food preparation and service. You will help maintain a welcoming environment for guests and work closely with management to deliver Panda’s standards.

You will gain hands-on experience in food preparation, staff mentoring, and operating procedures with opportunities for growth into management roles.

Qualifications

• Some high school education required.
• Prefer some operations experience and knowledge of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations during shifts.
• Lead team members to deliver Panda's service standards.
• Help prepare Panda favorites and ensure quality.
• Support training and development of staff.
