Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to be a central part of our fast-paced restaurant team in Maryland. You will support management, help create a warm guest experience, and guide team members during shifts.

You’ll gain hands-on cooking experience, leadership skills, and opportunities for growth into management positions in a family-owned company with a strong heritage since 1983.

Qualifications

• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.
• Other basic education requirements for the role.
• Prior experience in fast-food or restaurant operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
