Pandainn is seeking a Shift Lead to help drive our fast-paced, growth-oriented environment in Oakland. You will support management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride, while leading the team during shifts and gaining hands-on cooking experience.

This role includes opportunities to develop a wide range of skills, from guest service to store operations, with paid training and clear paths for advancement into management positions.

Qualifications

• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense
• Some high school
• Prefer some Operations experience Food Safety

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
