You will support management, help with scheduling, and contribute to a positive guest experience through proactive communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintain high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Greets customers in person or via phone and takes orders professionally.
• Oversee cash handling and daily reports.
• Assist with inventory control and stock ordering.
• Cross-train and coordinate scheduling for seamless service.
