Job summary

Kwik Shop in Valley Center, KS is seeking energetic Shift Leaders to support the Restaurant General Manager and coach teammates during busy shifts. You’ll greet guests, operate the register efficiently, and help keep the store clean and well presented while delivering a friendly, high‑quality guest experience.

This role offers both part‑time and full‑time hours with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year restaurant experience preferred.
• Food safety certification (ServSafe) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Operate the register efficiently to minimize guest wait times.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels inside and outside the location.
• Assist with food preparation and safety procedures.
• In Store Manager’s absence, complete manager reports and banking as needed.
• Lead by example in execution of company values and programs.
• Coach teammates to achieve service time, quality and accuracy standards.
