Whistle Express is seeking a Shift Lead to set the standard on-site, lead the crew, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will manage customer engagement, oversee wash operations, and enforce safety protocols while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.

The position requires taking ownership, mentoring teammates, and adapting to a fast-paced outdoor work environment. You will be accountable for opening and closing procedures, directing staff, and resolving issues to keep the site running

Qualificações

• Experience leading a team or shift operations.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to enforce safety protocols and maintain quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and promote services to drive engagement and sales.
• Direct vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and prepare them for service.
• Lead the team during shifts, provide direction, and handle issues in the absence of senior leaders.
• Inspect vehicles before and after wash to ensure quality and report issues promptly.
