Job summary

A fast-food restaurant is looking for a dedicated Shift Lead in Easley, SC. In this role, you will lead shifts, manage Team Members, and ensure customers receive high-quality service. Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, management, and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs.).
• Attendance and Punctuality is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Team Members' tasks and maintain cleanliness.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and positively.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management.
