Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to support daily food service operations at 801 W 1ST ST, Fairview, KS. The role emphasizes leading teams, delivering first-rate customer service, and maintaining food safety and quality across shifts.

Ideal candidates bring prior food service or retail experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and a dependable work ethic. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous food service, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of food safety and operational procedures
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth service.
• Deliver excellent guest service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Oversee daily food service operations and ensure quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory tracking and stock organization to avoid waste.
• Support opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and restocking.
• Assist with promotions and other operational initiatives as needed.
