Qualifications

• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus and clarity, manage task deployment, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine engagement and high product quality.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming coffeebar and model professional behavior.
• Handle opening/closing routines, cash handling, inventory tasks, and visual updates.
• Adapt to new priorities and keep shifts running smoothly.
