Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to join our Texas team. As a Shift Lead, you’ll support management in running a busy Panda restaurant, ensuring food is prepared with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

You will help create a vibrant guest experience, learn store operations, lead the team on shift, and gain hands-on cooking experience with Panda favorites, while developing a broad set of skills for career growth.

Formación

• Some high school education is required.
• Preference for some operations experience in food safety.

Responsabilidades

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
