Qualifications

• High school education preferred.
• Some operations experience.
• Local/municipal food safety requirements may apply (Food Handler certification) at applicant's own expense.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal communication and conflict/difficult situation management.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Gain skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites.
