Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in a fast-paced Panda restaurant environment. You will help lead the team during shifts, ensure guests are served with energy and courtesy, and help uphold Panda's mission with passion and pride.

This role offers hands-on experience in restaurant operations, food preparation, and team development, with opportunities to grow within a large family-owned concept established since 1983.

Formación

• Some high school.
• Prefer some Operations experience.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense

Responsabilidades

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
